Hope you have had a wonderful weekend staying warm and cosy!  

I have added various different pieces of learning for you to have a go at on Monday! Do not feel pressured to print anything off, the activities can be complete with paper and a pen or online. Please bring any work you do into school the next day, I would love to see how well you got on.

Goldfinches Learning

In our English we have just finished writing our amazing narrative stories. To test your knowledge I have added a homophones poster and worksheet. Please read the poster first as it will help you to complete the worksheet. You do not need to print anything off, simply re-write the sentences and add in the correct homophone! 

For your maths learning today, I have added an addition and subtraction worksheet to remind us of what we need to do to answer these questions. Remember when you are adding you carry your exchange at the bottom and when you are subtracting your exchanges are made at the top! There is no need to print the sheet off, simply write the equations out on a piece of paper and use your amazing maths skills and try your best to answer the questions. 

There has also been some games/ multiplication To do's set on Purplemash and please use this time to have a good go on TT Rock Stars and practice your times tables, it is incredibly important that this is still happening on a weekly basis, I do check the timings and scores with the students.
