Welcome to Parakeets 

We hope you have had a wonderful summer holiday and have lots of exciting stories to tell us! This half-term our essential question is 'What clues did the Stone Age people leave behind?'. 

As well as looking at the Stone Age in history, we will become incredible scientists looking at everyday materials, to even creating our own sculpture in Art.  

We are incredibly excited to see you all on Wednesday and to get our learning journey started!

Miss Flockhart, Mrs Briggs-Price, Mrs Haswell and Mrs Walton

 Mrs Briggs-Price and Mrs Walton will be teaching in the class on Thursday afternoon.

Our PE days are on Monday and Thursday, please come to school in your school PE kit.

Forest School will start again on Tuesday 8th September for 6 weeks, where both parakeets and toucans will venture outside together. Children are to come to school in their normal uniform and bring a spare change of clothes with them for forest school. Children will need long sleeves, long trousers, a puddle suit and wellies. When the weather is a bit chilly, please send hats and gloves.
