Welcome to Parakeets and Macaws

We hope you have had a wonderful half-term and are ready to jump straight back into our learning together. This half-term our essential question is 'Is it our responsibility to look after the rainforest?'. 

As well as looking at the Amazon Rainforest in geography, we will become incredible scientists looking at plants, to even creating our own bird house in DT.  

We are incredibly excited to see you all on Monday and to get our learning journey started!

Miss Flockhart and Miss Hyde

Teaching Assistants that will be working with our classes are:

Mrs Sturman, Mrs Briggs-Price, Mrs Simpson

Mrs Simpson and Mrs Briggs-Price will be teaching in the classes on Thursday afternoon.

Our PE days are on Monday, please come to school in your school PE kit.

Forest School will start again on Tuesday 21st April for 5 weeks, where both Parakeets and Macaws will venture outside together. Children are to come to school in their normal uniform and bring a spare change of clothes with them for forest school. Despite the warmer weather children will still need their waterproofs.
