Committee's and Responsibilities
In 2022-2023 the academy followed a model of two Full Governing Board Meetings, one in each half term.
Attendance at the Strategic Planning Meeting is required from members of the School Leadership Team ( Head Teacher, Deputy Head Teacher, Assistant Head Teacher and SENCo plus the Chair, Deputy Chair and Diocesan Governor)
Monitoring of Governor meeting attendance for 2022-2023 will be recorded in line with this structure. All items required by the Trust to be covered by governors each term will be managed across the two Full Governing Body meeting agendas.
