Year 4 trip to Yorkshire Wildlife Park

What an excellent day! Before setting off we were worried about the forecast of strong winds and wondered if the animals would stay hidden away in their enclosures. Instead, our concerns were unfounded and the animals were all out and about. We saw lions, tigers and bears - oh my! (I couldn't resist it)

 

Year 4 also learnt lots about endangered species and conservation. They participated well in the workshop and amazed the zoo-keeper with their knowledge.
